The Al Gore movie

My parents took me to see An Inconvenient Truth tonight. Good movie. I didn't really need convincing that global warming happens, as I'm into science and I pay attention to things like that. But Mr. Gore gives a great presentation, dramatic and complete. And just when I was starting to think, "then why even try?" he convined me to try. And the ending credits listed ways to make lifestyle changes. It was good. I hope lots of people see it.

Oh yeah, and the ending credits were accompanied by a song by Melissa Etheridge, obviously composed and performed soecifically for the film. I expected to come home and be able to download the song from iTunes, and have my 99 cents go to supporting the war on climate change, but no. It's not even on her new album (greatest hits). What's up with that?

In other news, my foofbag has reached American soil. I'm so excited!
